Independent Health, a premier health plan servicing the Western NY region, has selected Practis to participate in their Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) program, a two-year pilot project for Western New York primary care physicians. Practis will offer a turn-key website design program to the practices participating in their pilot. Click for more information on this program.
