Content & Digital Marketing Intern

Practis is seeking a Content & Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support our Digital Marketing team who is responsible for helping medical practices and organizations across the country improve their digital presence.

The position provides an opportunity to learn new skills through training and on the job learning. Seniors and or recent college grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with design and content management for client and company sites
  • Image selection, modification and optimization for use in several digital media using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to improve the effectiveness of web-based content
  • Support larger campaign initiatives with creative ideas for driving leads via Calix web presence
  • Assist Digital Marketing team in the creation of reports to demonstrate performance of digital marketing activities
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of corresponding social media in support of campaign activity
  • Assist in the creation and editing of marketing presentations

Requirements

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (some experience or strong desire to learn)
  • Interest in learning Google Analytics and/or other data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with using WordPress
  • Team player
  • Experience in a role or project requiring analytical problem solving and analysis
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of an organization

Paid Search Specialist

Practis is seeking a proven PPC & Paid Search professional with 2 years of agency experience managing Google Ads, Facebook and other emerging ad platforms focused on lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Design PPC strategies that align with client objectives
  • Conduct keyword research
  • Define and test keywords, ad copy, create landing pages
  • Implement, manage and optimize paid search campaigns for clients on Google, Facebook, and other ad networks
  • Analyze the performance of PPC campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Analyze results/data and adjust website content and PPC campaign accordingly
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page analysis
  • Create detailed monthly performance reports

Web Designer – WordPress

Practis is seeking a creative and self-motivated Web Designer who has demonstrated website design and creative skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with website design projects and managing projects, ensuring that client needs are met, deliverables are completed on time, and performance milestones/goals are achieved.

  • Design and produce WordPress websites.
  • Produce mockups, style treatments, interior page layouts and elements for client web projects.

Digital Sales Account Executive

Practis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Account Executive. In this role, you are responsible for selling the value of Practis’ Medical Marketing Solutions and sales generated from partners. During the sales process, you will guide prospective partners as they learn how Practis can help them improve their patient acquisition and overall business profitability.  As a member of our sales team reporting to the CEO, you will drive new business acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through channel partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and driving sales for healthcare or software companies with strong business development, and entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals

Digital Account Strategist

In this role, you will be responsible for helping physicians and medical practices across the country generate more patients to their practice and improve overall revenue from marketing efforts. The candidate will set the strategy and manage digital marketing campaigns through various channels such as search (paid & organic), web, social media and more. You will also need to ensure that client needs are met, deliverables are completed on time, and performance milestones/goals are achieved.

  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships and drive high customer satisfaction
  • Be the main point of contact for your clients. You will be working with clients on their monthly marketing program including, but not limited to, backend website work, local listing optimization, content generation, social media management and reputation management.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal team to keep parties informed of work being completed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive strategies for client success.
  • Interface with clients, providing recommendations on opportunities to optimize campaign results.
  • Analyze campaign performance and compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights.
  • Identify areas of optimization for clients and manage implementation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing digital marketing campaigns required
  • Demonstrated knowledge in SEO, SEM and Social Media best practices
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword
  • Planner, Screaming Frog, and other tools
  • Google Analytics and/or Adwords certified
  • Working knowledge with WordPress and HTML
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and provide insight
