Paid Search Specialist

Practis is seeking a proven PPC & Paid Search professional with 2 years of agency experience managing Google Ads, Facebook and other emerging ad platforms focused on lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Design PPC strategies that align with client objectives
  • Conduct keyword research
  • Define and test keywords, ad copy, create landing pages
  • Implement, manage and optimize paid search campaigns for clients on Google, Facebook, and other ad networks
  • Analyze the performance of PPC campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Analyze results/data and adjust website content and PPC campaign accordingly
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page analysis
  • Create detailed monthly performance reports
  • Identify areas of optimization for the client; manage the implementation
  • Manage client relationships and deliver result reports that detail goals, tasks performed, performance data and strategy
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships and drive high customer satisfaction
  • Stay current on latest search marketing trends and maintain relevant industry certifications

Requirements

  • Two years of experience managing Paid Search Campaigns
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, Paid Search and Social
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads Certification are required
  • Automation, scripting and programming experience a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Exemplary time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (marketing, business, communications, etc.)

Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO

As an online marketing and technology partner for many of the top brands in healthcare, Practis provides efficient and comprehensive digital marketing solutions that help our clients design, manage and grow their online presence.

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. If you have experience with on-page/organic SEO, local optimization, and PPC, we want to talk with you.

This is a full-time position for a motivated and detail-oriented person in our Charlotte, NC office. You will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns through various channels such as search, web, social media and more. You will also need to ensure that client needs are met, deliverables are completed on time, and performance milestones/goals are achieved.

  • Perform keyword research, organic search and campaign result analysis and reporting
  • Identify areas of optimization for client; manage the implementation
  • Define and test keywords, metadata, mark up, create landing pages and content
  • Manage local SEO
  • Analyze organic and online marketing results/data and adjust website content accordingly
  • Work with digital strategists to develop full online marketing campaigns and gauge success using analytics and various reporting elements.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Development and Management) on planning and delivery of online marketing programs
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships and drive high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • One-two years of digital marketing experience in an agency environment
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, PPC and organic traffic analysis
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, Paid Search and Social
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience with WordPress and basic HTML
  • Experience utilizing SEO industry tools such as Moz, Bright Local, Screaming Frog and others
  • Organized, detailed-oriented self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and provide insight on data
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, media, communications or related field
