WordPress Developer

As a rapidly growing digital marketing company in the healthcare space, Practis is seeking a WordPress Developer to support our internal team and customer base. This position is essential to ensure continuous operations for our customers and staff. As a Web Developer, you’re also expected to collaborate with our designers, other developers and digital marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer and staff technical requests through an online ticketing system, phone and email
  • Maintaining and updating client and company website software, HIPAA compliant forms, plugins and features.
  • Maintaining client and company websites by installing updates, configuring settings, and testing website and application components
  • Researching, investigating, debugging and resolving technical issues
  • Evaluating website accessibility and pagespeed and identifying options and suggesting a course of action
  • Improving existing websites and applications by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
  • Preparing and updating the company with support documentation
  • Assisting with server maintenance and providing domain, DNS support
  • Providing accurate and timely support by documenting all issues and resolutions in company CRM.
  • Maintaining communications with customers during the problem resolution process

Requirements

  • Solid HTML5 / CSS3 background is required to help in building and designing online forms and providing website support.
  • Javascript and PHP experience a plus

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our fast-growing digital marketing team If you have experience with organic SEO, local optimization, and content marketing, we want to talk with you. Responsibilities

Practis is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Account Strategist to join our fast-growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping physicians and medical practices across the country generate more patients to their practice and improve overall revenue from marketing efforts. The candidate will set the strategy and manage digital marketing campaigns through various channels such as search (paid & organic), web, social media and more. You will also need to ensure that client needs are met, deliverables are completed on time, and performance milestones/goals are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships and drive high customer satisfaction
  • Be the main point of contact for your clients. You will be working with clients on their monthly marketing program including, but not limited to, backend website work, local listing optimization, content generation, social media management and reputation management.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal team to keep parties informed of work being completed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive strategies for client success.
