Practis is seeking a proven PPC & Paid Search professional with 2 years of agency experience managing Google Ads, Facebook and other emerging ad platforms focused on lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Design PPC strategies that align with client objectives
  • Conduct keyword research
  • Define and test keywords, ad copy, create landing pages
  • Implement, manage and optimize paid search campaigns for clients on Google, Facebook, and other ad networks
  • Analyze the performance of PPC campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Analyze results/data and adjust website content and PPC campaign accordingly
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page analysis
  • Create detailed monthly performance reports
  • Identify areas of optimization for the client; manage the implementation
  • Manage client relationships and deliver result reports that detail goals, tasks performed, performance data and strategy

Requirements

  • Two years of experience managing Paid Search Campaigns
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, Paid Search and Social
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads Certification are required
  • Automation, scripting and programming experience a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic

Web & Graphic Designer

Practis is seeking a creative and self-motivated Web & Graphic Designer who has demonstrated website design and creative skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with website design projects and managing projects, ensuring that client needs are met, deliverables are completed on time, and performance milestones/goals are achieved.

  • Design and produce WordPress websites.
  • Produce mockups, style treatments, interior page layouts and elements for client web projects.
  • Design and manage client assets (logos, style guides, illustrations, email templates, social media graphics and digital ads).
  • Assist in creating new company marketing materials, including case studies, social graphics, and collateral materials.
  • Collaborate with the development team.

Requirements

Sales Account Executive

Practis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive. In this role, you are responsible for selling the value of Practis’ Medical Marketing Solutions and sales generated from partners. During the sales process, you will guide prospective partners as they learn how Practis can help them improve their patient acquisition and overall business profitability.  As a member of our sales team reporting to the CEO, you will drive new business acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through channel partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and driving sales for healthcare or software companies with strong business development, and entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Identify new channel partners, prospects and opportunities, execute and close sales contracts
  • Leverage metrics and research to provide recommendations regarding new online marketing strategies to drive growth across all online channels

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare IT or SaaS sales role. 
  • Proven ability of significant lead generation and rapid revenue growth. This can be through partners or cold sourcing leads
  • Experience working with CRM’s and pipeline management
  • Hard-working and highly motivated with a track record for success
  • A passion for identifying and closing new business
  • Ability to adapt on the fly
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, PPC and other digital marketing channels

Online Marketing Specialist

As an online marketing and technology partner for many of the top brands in healthcare, Practis provides comprehensive digital marketing and HIPAA compliant solutions that help our clients design, manage and grow their online presence.  We’re looking for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Online Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing digital marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating and managing digital marketing campaigns through various channels such as search (paid & organic), web, social media and more. You will also need to ensure that client needs are met, deliverables are completed on time, and performance milestones/goals are achieved.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the main point of contact for your clients. You will be working with clients on their monthly SEO service including, but not limited to, backend website work, local listing optimization, content generation, social media management and email marketing.
  • Perform keyword research, organic search and paid campaign result analysis and reporting
  • Identify areas of optimization for clients and manage implementation
  • Develop detailed recommendations for site and campaign changes as well as a comprehensive backlink strategy
  • Design, develop, optimize and monitor digital organic and paid search campaigns for clients
  • Execute recommended SEO optimizations
  • QA all work before and after launch
  • Monitor client site and competitor site changes
  • Analyze campaign performance and compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights.
  • Interface with clients, providing recommendations on opportunities to optimize campaign results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive strategies for client success.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships and drive high customer satisfaction

What skills and background you’ll need

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing digital marketing campaigns required
  • Demonstrated knowledge in SEO, SEM and Social Media best practices
  • Working knowledge with redirects, structured markup, featured and rich snippets
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, and other tools
  • Google Analytics certified
  • Working knowledge with WordPress and HTML
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and provide insight
  • Organized, detailed-oriented self-starter who can work independently and multi-task
  • Exceptional communications skills, oral and written with an analytical approach
