The HHS has released a new web-based security training module, CyberSecure: Your Medical Practice. This is an online game that helps providers, and their staff, test their knowledge of HIPAA’s security requirements.
In addition, HHS developed a number of videos that teach viewers how to handle a variety of security scenarios and a set of frequently asked questions that address issues like whether it is okay to communicate patient information using text messages.
